CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR REGISTRATION FEES:

Refund requests for registration fees must be submitted to the SUN Administrator in writing.

Within 14 or more days of the start of the seminar, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

Within 1-13 days before the seminar, $50 will be refunded.

After the start of the seminar, there will be no refunds.

Exceptions for extreme circumstances will be considered by the SUN Executive Committee on a

case-by-case basis.
