CONFERENCE/SEMINAR FEE REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the SUN Administrator.

A conference/seminar refund request with 14-plus days’ notice prior to seminar will receive a 50 percent refund of conference/seminar registration fee; 1 to 13 days’ notice prior to conference/seminar will receive a $50 refund; and after the start of conference/seminar, no refund unless approved by the Executive Board.

Exceptions to this refund policy will be considered by the Executive Board on a case-by-case basis.

Reimbursement will be made in the same form of payment by the member within 30 days.
